Quality is embedded throughout the master plan for Bella Terra -- in the design of the townhomes, the Garden, the pathways, as well as in the construction of every element.

This fifteen-acre gated community is secluded, with a feeling of being far away from town, yet it is located only 12 blocks from shopping and entertainment in Lincoln Heights and a short distance further to the new Target shopping center on Regal, and is less than 15 minutes from downtown. This is a rare and highly desirable location due to its proximity to amenities and healthcare, and its views. As a 15-acre gated community, Bella Terra will create its own neighborhood environment, while enhancing the surrounding area.

Development of Bella Terra will occur in several phases, with a total of approximately 87 residences.

Construction began on the Central Garden in the fall of 2016 and continues this spring and summer. It will be approximately 500' x 120', surrounded by a ring of 36 townhomes. The structural quality and external finish will be consistent for all units, while still offering a great deal of flexibility in the size and cost of the townhouses, which start at $450,000.

Much of the infrastructure work was completed in 2016 and continues in 2017. Improvements taking place include paving all of the unpaved sections of Havana, as well as putting in sidewalks, street landscaping, a privacy wall, and other street improvements.

Townhome construction is underway and the first units will be ready for occupancy by late summer 2017.

Future phases of Bella Terra will include additional clusters of townhouses and, possibly, detached single-family homes in areas that will have one or more of the following amenities: large natural rock outcroppings, additional gardens and water features, and beautiful views over Glenrose Prairie to the mountains beyond.

On the eastern edge of Bella Terra, connected to the Central Garden by the pathway system, there will be a beautiful gazebo-like structure nestled between the view residences. Called "Moonrise," this viewpoint looks out over the rural Glenrose area and is perfect for viewing the sunrise or moonrise in a silent garden setting. Much of the eastern half of the property is more heavily treed, and will have a mix of large native pines as well as lush added landscaping.
