Custom Home Level Quality & Design: All townhomes have a consistent high level of structural quality with a sophisticated palette of exterior finish materials that compliment the Northwest contemporary nature of the design. The interiors are designed to integrate to the garden, with architect-designed details that are typically found only in custom homes including Pella wood windows and custom mill work.

1, 2 & 3-story models - Our townhomes range in size from 1,514 to 3,820 sq ft. We provide an unusually wide range of choices in size, layout and features, with a focus on making all space functional, flexible, beautiful and efficient.

Adaptable to Changing Needs/Aging in Place: Although our townhomes are designed to provide a dynamic, contemporary space for living and entertaining, we have also incorporated design features to accommodate changing life circumstances.

No Common Walls/Certified superior soundproofing: Sound separation between townhomes is a major design focus at Bella Terra. Each residence has independent walls that are structurally separated. In addition, our wall systems have been certified by an independent organization to be more than twice as effective at blocking sound as a wall system that will block the sound of a very loud voice.

Spectacular Entertaining Spaces: In the Emerson model, the great room and kitchen combine for more than 1,000 sq ft of beautiful space that's perfect for entertaining, with spectacular views of the gardens and water features from the large wall of windows and the terrace that opens from the great room. The Walden model's open, flexible living and kitchen space also offers spectacular garden views that open to a covered patio for indoor and outdoor entertaining options.

Highly Energy Efficient: Great care has been taken in the design, materials and systems to keep energy usage to a minimum while still providing walls of large windows that maximize the views of the garden and water features. Current residents report very low utility bills due to our state-of-the-art insulation.

Cat6 Ultra High Speed Internet Cabling: Bella Terra installs "Cat6" cable in most locations. The Cat6 cable handles 10 times greater data than Cat5e, the most commonly used cable in new network installations for offices -- providing homeowners with ultra high speed internet connections and the ability to more easily accommodate future technologies. For the techies, Cat6 is suitable for up to 10 gigabit Ethernet at 250 MHz.

Excellent Indoor Air Quality: Our materials and systems have been carefully selected for low-to-no chemical emissions and excellent air exchange to provide a high quality of indoor air.

  • Bella Terra townhomes meet or exceed LEED standards for VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). In fact, the majority of our paint is Zero VOC, with a small amount of low VOC and our carpets are non-toxic.
