Master Plan

"Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives."
William A. Foster, U.S. Marine & Medal of Honor recipient, 1917 - 1945

Enjoying a morning walk within our secluded gated community.
Quality is embedded throughout the master plan for Bella Terra -- in the design of the townhomes, the Garden, the pathways, as well as in the construction of every element. The structural quality and external finish are consistent for all units, while still offering a great deal of flexibility in the size and cost of the townhouses.

As a 15-acre, 87-unit gated community, Bella Terra is large enough to create its own self-contained community. It is secluded, with a feeling of being far away from town, yet is located only 12 blocks from shopping and entertainment in Lincoln Heights and is also near the Target shopping center on Regal, and it is less than 15 minutes from downtown. This is a rare and highly desirable location due to its proximity to amenities and healthcare, the secluded and quiet setting with almost no traffic, and the stunning views.

The 60,000 square foot Central Garden is approximately 500' x 120', surrounded by a ring of 36 townhomes. It contains a Contemplative Grotto, offering complete privacy for reflection, meditation or quiet conversation. The grotto is shielded on three sides by rock walls, has a columnar basalt wall shielding the entrance, and a specially designed metal roof to ensure privacy and protection from the weather.

Future phases of Bella Terra will include additional clusters of townhouses in areas that will have one or more of the following amenities: large natural rock outcroppings, additional gardens and water features, and beautiful views over Glenrose Prairie to the mountains beyond.

On the eastern edge of Bella Terra, connected to the Central Garden by the pathway system, there will be a beautiful gazebo-like structure nestled between the view residences. Called "Moonrise," this viewpoint looks out over the rural Glenrose area and is perfect for viewing the sunrise or moonrise in a silent garden setting.
